I had in appointments and I was there over 2 hours...

I had in appointments and I was there over 2 hours during the week day in the morning. They wash my black car and didn't dry it so therefore I had spots all over my car after it dried ( The Irving location dries your car after they wash it). In when I got to my car they still had plastic on the seats paper on the floor and the plastic cover on the steering wheel. I will probably go to the Irving location there service is a lot better.
