I have been waiting to write my review until we have had a chance to really enjoy our new mini-split heat pump, which was installed at our cabin on Mt. Hood. Alas, weather has conspired to keep us away! So for the moment I will review the team: What a terrific group of people, from the salesman through to the nice guys who came and spent a very cold day installing the unit, they were an impressive bunch. Great communicators, polite, friendly highly skilled and very thoughtful. Brian and I came up with an installation plan when he visited the cabin to give us an estimate, and the installation team arrived right on time, ready to carry it out, but devised an even better one on the spot. They were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves when they finished. And I can tell you that on a 31-degree day, when the final hook up was complete and we hit the on button, the air coming into the cabin measured a toasty 94-degrees. So, if the snow ever actually melts enough for my family to get back up there, I am confident it will be warm and cozy. I whole heartedly recommend Pyramid. What a terrific company!
