Poor service. The manager refused to accept a Best Western gift voucher, after I specifically called and asked about using it when we booked the room. The person I talked to initially said it would be fine to use, but the manager still refused when we checked in and paid. He wouldn't even talk to me in person, but sent his staff to do it. Definitely would NOT recommend.

EDIT: I can't reply to the post below, so I'll have to do it here. My issue was not related to points at all. As I said, I had a Best Western gift voucher, and asked whether I could use it when booking the room. I was told yes, but the voucher was rejected when paying. Points were not involved at all.
