First of all, I called them from a different coun...

First of all, I called them from a different country because I have problems with my card because they are locking it for no reason. Then I listen to stupid lobby-music around 10 minutes and there goes my 10 dollars (I ended up hanging up because the customer support/ bank is terrible).

Then I called the same bank, but it North America. This time they ended up answering the call after around 4 minutes. There was an Indian guy repeating the same thing again and again. (We don't help customers outside of the US, sir) We ended up talking in 15 minutes and I got completely no help from it, thanks.
