Terrible experience so far. They change formulary plans for medications and don t tell people taking them so all of a sudden my previously $2 med is now $350. Nobody at any Doctor s offices can tell you how much visits or labs or anything will cost. I was just today informed that a doctor s visit for medications, as a new patient, because I just moved here and started a job and got this insurance, and occurred well over a month ago, will cost me $342. How am I supposed to schedule a follow-up? Especially because the new medication I m forced into taking is absolutely not working.. Customer service does not appear to be available beyond M-F business hours. I was better off without insurance. I don t know what I m going to do.
