I had a painfully awful experience. The kitten I adopted began having health problems shortly after. It took 3-4 days to get a return call each time I called and the volunteers were often rude and extremely insensitive. I ended up returning the kitten and after speaking to the manager, my adoption fee was returned. In the 1.5 months that I had the kitten, I spent a ton on emergency vet visits, regular vet visits, etc, and did not get the help or guidance that is promised upon adoption.
