I had conducted extensive research for a used Toyota 4 Runner across multiple locations in 150 mile radius of Abilene. Over course of two weeks I had traded emails, phone calls, and texts with multiple lots covering multiple vehicles. We finally narrowed down our search to the top four cars. One of those lots was Sara at Lithia Toyota. I told her I had a price point and an interest in two vehicles. When I told her I was also interested in a KIA Sorento she said she had one of those we could test drive as well. When we arrived, she had all three vehicles lined up for us. As we drove each car, my wife and I found Sara to be amazingly knowledgeable about all types of cars. As we drove each vehicle that we thought we were interested in, she recommended a type and model that we had not considered. This recommendation was based on her vast knowledge of all types of vehicles and our specific needs. Sara is Truly a Car Consultant! Well we ended up with a Nissan Pathfinder and we really like it. It was a one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a vehicle and over the course of 30 years we have bought - more than a few. No pressure- totally a pleasant experience. Then to top it off Michael in finance was extremely helpful and knowledge when it came to financing the car with just the right warranty. Thank You Lithia Toyota and thank you Sara and Michael!
