Placed an order, and a month later still had not r...

Placed an order, and a month later still had not received it. Tracking information provided said USPS was still waiting for the package. I I contacted steel roots and they claimed my package got lost in shipment (though USPS never received a package to ship) they immediately set up a new shipment. USPS tracking again said it was waiting on the package. I would think they would have made an effort to expedite my order, since it was already over a month out. After 3 days of no movement, again, I filled a dispute through PayPal. Steel roots did respond immediately, and issue a refund.
I really wish I could recieved my ordered product, a gift for my wife.
