Showed up at Sam Adams expecting a quick tour/tasting, and the girls up front immediately put us in a $10 sour tour, without telling us that the tours are usually free. We were disappointed, but upon talking to Jack, one of the workers, he quickly brought us up to a tour and apologized for the fact that we were basically forced to do a tour we didn't ask for. A huge thank you to Jack, who completely changed our thoughts on Sam Adams Brewery!
