A few thoughts on Hot Yoga&Pilates Mississauga.. so now I'm a month and a half into my seventh year of practicing. (and Mike STILL welcomes me!) as do all instructors. If you searched the planet for the person least likely to practice yoga it would be me! Which is exactly the reason I love it. A studio designed for Bikram yoga from the front to the back, from the floor to the ceiling. Not some random cobbled together room with a couple space heaters and a vaporizer from Walmart, offering "hot yoga". This is the real deal. Classic 90, 60 for those with time restraints and a couple "Yin" classes for good measure. The Hot Inferno Pilates has to be experienced to be believed. Many do both. Or all three. A spotless well managed studio, qualified instructors that always make time to answer questions are the reasons it is consistently voted #1. In fact, if you are thinking of starting a business, you may want to use this one as a template.
