We spent a real ton of money on a kitchen table and chairs from Dinek, a Canadian based manufacturer. The surface of the table and several places on the chairs is very prematurely wearing and blemishing under very light use.

Our attempts to get help from Scott Shuptrine were met with offers to sell us repairs. We contacted Dinek and they sent us a vial of liquid, as thin as water, without any directions or instructions. The liquid does nothing when applied.

I m rating Scott Shuptrine poorly because they have done NOTHING to help and the stinking manufacturer has no web site with Google reviews... I m very disappointed and, like I said, we chose Shuptrine and a supposedly high end manufacturer.

Not happy at all with either choice!
