-good NICU staff. very attentive to babys needs

-common area of womens pavilion well kept.
-common area of CCC needs work.

ONLY RATING SO LOW BECAUSE:

-RECORDS DEPT. primarily "Hazel". thanks for hanging up on me.

-BIRTH REGISTRY was a joke, they submitted our paperwork to the state with multiple errors! now we must fight with the state of Texas (which is a gigantic hassle!) to get correct spelling on her birth certificate. and they didn't enroll her into social security. so now here we are 7 weeks later after birth and have to scramble because you dropped the ball. and when i called to get this all corrected i am given the run around by your department and received attitude from one lady(not sure of name).
