Without words, it has been a disaster from day one...

Without words, it has been a disaster from day one with them. They sell you the products, they arrive incomplete, the invoice is swollen but you have already collected the products, you call to return them the commercial tells you that it will happen and never happens again, you end up paying much more than what they told you and not they send you the missing product, very unprofessional in everything. I never imagined that a company that also sells Wella does this.
