The folks at W Broad were professional, prompt, friendly, and attentive. I was especially impressed with my interaction with Rick Nelson. He made an immediate good impression with me on the phone, and I grew to appreciate him even more when I left after having had my car serviced. He was personable and gave me time and answered my questions. Rick is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, diligent, and really a refreshing and pleasant person to deal with. I read one review in which the customer stated that it was like "coming to visit a friend" when it came to Rick Nelson. I absolutely get that. I would recommend W. Broad BMW/Mini to my family and friends. My experience was A+ all around.
