I have been using No-Burn Of Northeast Pa, Inc. for a few years now and I have to say, their service is average. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, but the quality of their products could be better. The fire retardants seem to wear off too quickly, and I have had to reapply them more often than I expected. Overall, it's an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
