Could have 5 stars. Chef is from Switzerland, good danish pastry, croissant and dinner. Rooms are very well appointed, almost had every amenities - with a nespresso coffee machine !
Missing stars :-
1. Roof height ( an unfortunate set back and hard to change )
2. Black out curtains needed. Spring/ summer sunrise is just so early. Sunlight comes thru and you cannot sleep.
