My friend treated me to Frog Hollow for my birthday and what a great evening we had! Our server, Cole, was very composed and thorough although the place was packed and buzzing! He was kind, knowledgeable and paid just the right amount of attention to us. We had the in-house, caramelized bacon and mussels for an appetizer accompanied by wine. So amazing! For the main course we both had the pork shoulder, and let me tell you... that's the most tender, flavorful and rich piece of meat I have ever had! The side dishes were delectable... the mac&cheese was more like a cheese lasagna block and especially delicious! The collard greens were bright and tangy in contrast. They have a great wine list and some unique whiskey offerings.

I can't wait to visit your establishment again. My parents will be visiting soon, and I think this would be just the spot to take them out to!
