I purchased a Breyer horse, Sugarmaple, by phone and it was shipped to my door two days later! I got top-notch service all the way around. Kimberly was friendly and very helpful, shipping was very economical, and they wrapped the model professionally and carefully in bubble wrap, another box, and a thick outer plastic bag for protection.
