Really GREAT car buying experience...very few people can attest to having that feeling after leaving a car dealership. I can say that, without reservation, about my experience at Northside Lexus. I was greeted by friendly, non-pushy staff and had a very comfortable experience working out the final numbers as I dealt with Alex. Once that process was complete I waited with dread for the visit with the finance manager - Never happened! The Northside Lexus Finance manager, Mr. Penn, was a pleasure to speak with, and work with. He explained what was available and didn't try to sell me packages. I left there feeling great about my purchase and for the first time, I didn't feel like I was ripped off. Really great customer service from the bottled water, warm cookies, to the clean carpets and well kept bathrooms. Overall quality experience.
