I am writing to congratulate the neonatology staff who took care of my firstborn Davide. In particular with the child care nurse Rosanna who with us has had a lot of patience, professionalism and has shown that if you put passion into it you can work for 40 years and still demonstrate empathy and love for the little newborn patients without losing the desire to help others.
