I had never heard about this company, therefore I was skeptical when a friend recommended it to me, but the quality of service I received was incredible. It compelled me to write this review. I was tired of customer service from more well-known companies. The hours of being put on hold, the numerous voice mails that never actually get returned and the hidden charges for virtually everything. Everyone can relate to those. The reason I'm even writing this review is so that people in my position can take comfort in knowing that this company takes care of customers like family. I liked their phone line service to the point I ended up getting fiber services from them and they became my go-to business for any other technology services. A one stop shop for it all. Highly recommended.
