The young lady at the guard shack was very nice. The guy in the receiving office didn't really seem like he cared one way or the other. And then had to pay $225 lumper fee and their communication lacks badly. They tell you that you will receive a phone call when you're done but instead it was nothing but text messaging. It took them about 40 minutes to get me unloaded and then another hour to finally tell me that I was being unloaded and 2 minutes after that text I received the text that I was done being unloaded and then sent me a link to pay the lumper fee. And after paying the lumper fee it took him another 20 minutes to finally send me a text tell me my bills were done.
