I am a customer of Northern Trust Bank/O'Hare. I have been banking with them for several years and I must say that their service is average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get things done. Overall, I would rate my experience with Northern Trust Bank/O'Hare as satisfactory.
