I bought a refurbished Acer AIO which was in very good condition, the only thing missing was the startup guide which may have been an issue for someone buying their first PC.
The only niggle I had was with the Q&A part of the website, I logged a question a couple of times with no response. Strangely enough when I asked the same question on their ebay site the response was almost immediate and very helpful.
