I was given a loaner vehicle and thought I had left my garage door opener in the car. I called Saturday and was unable to find anyone to assist. Then I was lucky enough to reach James. He looked everywhere, asked everyone, only to find the vehicle had been loaned out again. He called to relay that to me, shocking me that he bothered to even call, as at that point, I didn't know his name, however I was extremely distraught and I'm pretty sure he was aware of that. I ended up locating the opener, but was and am so impressed that he took the time to help me and actually followed up. Employees like James is absolutely the reason you have lifelong customers! More people should take care of customers like James did. In this day and age you don't see many people go over and above to assist....butJames did and it was greatly appreciated! Thanks you!
