Photos looked great and I was really happy albeit, the photo session was almost an hour late. Then I go online to check my photos and see what to purchase. 5 Shots for over $400? What is this, highway burglary?

IN ADDITION, if you opt to purchase the digital downloads, Artona does not even supply the original quality photographs, and instead, only offers the low quality "social media" suitable pictures. If I'm paying that much for a picture, why would you not even offer to give the original image? It is just not morally right.

I acknowledge that a business needs to make money but what is the harm in giving original photo files instead of lowering the quality of them. Yes, I could go somewhere else to print them but at least offer to download all shots, even if at a higher premium. Thanks.
