Terrible service, entirely unaccountable and dismissive of customer concerns. After reporting an issue in March and April, I was still waiting on hold and sending emails without receiving response in June. They provided terrible support and service during pandemic times and were egregiously incompetent and indolent with their management of my issue. I wish I could say that they were worth supporting, as maybe they seem a 'local' alternative to Spectrum, but it's not worth the 12$/month you save by signing up with them over Spectrum. Heaven forbid you run into an issue with your internet and they lock you into the byzantine purgatory that is their customer service team. They have no accountability nor reactivity towards the issues and downstream complications caused by their faulty service and technician knowledge/attentiveness is additionally subpar. Overall, I have spent a full 40hr workweek waiting on hold with these pitiful pansies, and I would not wish the experience upon anybody except maybe the service representative who repeatedly marked my service request as resolved despite my fervent insistence that the issue was, in fact, not resolved.

Overall a shoddy company with disenfranchised employees and a general air of despondency, spend your 12$ on spectrum and at least get a responsive call center staff, slightly more reliable connectivity too.
