The moment I walked into the door I had a bad vibe from this place. The girls at the reception sounded annoyed over the phone when I ask about directions of where they were located. She wasn t helpful. I went to see Dan and he was late for my appt 15mins. No apology or handshake considering it was the first time we met. I was charged 160 plus an additional 80 for investment which I think its so pricey for the service I received that day. My previous tax agents had always got me good returns and what Dan got for me was a disappointment. He was mean not helpful unprofessional and not friendly. Even when I ask him advice with investments he was so blunt in his answers. Did not take his time to explain and make sure I did understand but instead wanted to get rid of me with 30mins. I felt like I was spoken to like a kid and he was just lecturing me about my tax. Not a good person and terrible service. Would not return!
