The entire staff was very nice and they was very patient with our family pet. They were able to seevher the same day and see her and take care of her needs. The only reason I'm giving it four stars it's because they're kind of more on the expensive side.
I've taken three of my dogs here. Always very professional and caring. They are great people who truly care about your pet's health and well being. Love Dr. Cantrell and his great bedside manner.
Everyone is very nice and animal-oriented. I also groom my dogs here, and there is a wonderful area for boarding if I need it.
I brought my 12 year old boxer into the clinic today to be put to sleep. Although he was getting older, it was still unexpected. It was very tough to let my best friend go but Dr. Blair and staff were incredibly nice. It felt more like I was with family than at a vet office. We were never rushed, and the everyone there was truly sympathetic. In the end, we sat together in the room, cried, and said our goodbyes. I am forever grateful to the compassion showed to me and my dog on our last day together. RIP, Machimus.
Everyone here has been more than wonderful. Dr. Holland is been one of the most caring and kind doctors I have ever had. And her nurse Ashley the same. Rachel and other personnel I worked with at the front desk have also been so personable and caring. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an excellent vet. Fair in prices, and superb in their service!
I've been coming to this veterinarian clinic for over 7 years and I love this place. The whole crew is awesome and I feel my little Spice is being taken care of when I drop here off.
They've cared for all our animals since 1988. Can't imagine how they could be any better.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gibb and Dr. Molidor. Dr Gibb and Dr Molidor are both expansive in their background and knowledge which is critical if your furkid has a chronic condition. Rhett, our 8.5 year old Doberman has been kidney deficient (high BUN/CRE) since just a over year old. We went to a holistic vet, had him on the best foods with a focus on raw, and herbal support his entire life since adoption. When our holistic vet retired, I went to have Rhett's BUN, CRE and PHOS levels checked at EDVC and was told to reduce his protein by another vet there. He was down to a cup of protein every 3 days, had lost significant weight, began graying and I was asked to reduce his protein further which I knew would not help our boy. I made another appointment with Dr. Gibb who suggested older dogs actually need more (high quality, easily digestible) protein. In further research, it turns out reduction of protein is old school thinking. He had dropped down to 87 lbs or so and I worried if he could beef back up at all. At 104 lbs, Rhett is closer to his old (114) fighting weight and no longer looks skinny but healthy and very muscular once more. Dr. Gibb recently worked with me on our 19 year old cat Seven, who has a mouth sarcoma. Again, good information and suggestions etc. Dr. Lisa Molidor used acupuncture on our Doberman, Rhett, who, in June, had cervical and thoracic spine trauma. Suddenly unable to go for walks, barely able to stand upright, shaking and not even able to get himself up into his favorite chair, he was confused and sad. At the E vet, an MRI to isolate followed by surgery was suggested as was PTS. Just 5 months prior, Rhett had a successful bloat surgery but we of course wanted to minimize putting him through anything unnecessary. I was happy to find a less invasive approach that offered not only immediate incrementally better results but as we continued our sessions, Rhett was returned to fully operational status. Some would call this a happy miracle, I sure do! So does Rhett! He loves his Lisa! The boy runs, leaps, jumps, big barks, is one happy fully mobile and strong boy. Thank you to both Dr. Kevin Gibb and Dr. Lisa Molidor. These two individuals essentially saved our boy. EDVC is happily expanding their reach from only supporting the Western Medical modalities to also embracing the much older school of acupuncture. I would like to see CMT, canine/small animal massage therapies, homeopathy, Chinese herbals and organic non gmo foods promoted as we know a holistic, whole being approach is what is always in the best interest of the patient. I am so glad they are just down the street from our house and filled with knowledgeable and caring people.
They saved my dog's life simple as that my dog is I'm attached to my dog my dog is a part of me
The people love any and all animals, and it really shows in their care and service. We found two stray pups on the street and brought them in to get checked out before we tried to find them homes. Not only did they do everything they could to give us discounts and free samples, but Dr. Blair personally called me the following week to see if we'd found homes for them! I can't say enough good things about East Dallas Vet!
I have been a client of this clinic since 2016. My household includes 11 dogs. I love this place. The veterinarians are wonderful, compassionate, caring individuals that treat your pets as if they were their own. My kiddos have seen every single one of the vets there including Dr. Cantrel who is just an angel and a savior!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and go the extra mile to help you out...even when they are super busy! Thank you East Dallas Veterinary Clinic for always looking out for my babies!!
Friendly staff, and they make sure to explain your options.
All the vets and the groomer have been awesome. They are personable people who genuinely care for our fur babies.
My family has been very happy with East Dallas Veterinary Clinic. From the time you hit the door until you leave - they make you feel comfortable and at ease. They truly care about your pets. They have been our family vet for a number of years, and will continue to be moving forward.
Our experience with East dallas Vet clinic has been. Itching but great. They are flexible with scheduling and kind with our dogs. We love Dr. Mueller and are sad to be moving and leaving our favorite clinic behind!
We are fairly new to East Dallas Veterinary since we've only had our fur baby since September. Every time we've needed to come in for a check up or when he injured his leg the staff there is very friendly, helpful and solution oriented. They are able to get us in and out quickly. We also enjoy having the grooming service and take advantage of that as well. Overall we are very happy.
The vet here is wonderful. They also will let you do a drop in you do not have to make an appointment I bring my dogs here to get their nails clipped and they are always kind to my babies and only charge 13.00 for a nail trim
We started taking our three cats to EDVC last year when the quality of care and service at our long-time prior vet's office declined to the point where I was genuinely worried. Two of our three seniors were having health problems that needed some attention and they just weren't getting the care and concern that I felt was needed. I'm a long-time vet tech and when I say that I'm concerned about something... I base that on 25 years of clinical experience. When a vet completely overlooks a painful, broken fang tooth (should have been quite obvious when he looked in the cat's mouth), and shows little to no concern when another cat loses a pound in one week after receiving an injection for allergies and then wasn't eating... it's time for a change. While I have yet to have the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cantrell, I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ellsworth and Dr. Mueller. Dr. E has pretty much been our primary vet within the practice, while Dr. Mueller worked on our boy's broken fang. Dr. E finally diagnosed our boy with more than just the fang problem-- he has the awful curse of feline stomatitis. She's been wonderful in helping us to find ways to keep him comfortable (as possible with this thing), and she's working with us to find effective treatment here in Dallas since it's not possible for us to get to the vet in Arlington who specializes in stomatitis cases (RIP, Dr. Wiggs). She's also been so good about helping us to keep our most senior cat, almost 15 years old and the one who had the shot reaction which almost killed her, happy and healthy. Our third cat also goes there for grooming as well as vet care. Eery time we come in with one of our gang, we're seen quickly, with little waiting, even when it's busy. We're always greeted in a friendly manner when we come in, and the vets and staff take time to answer questions and give insights-- even my rather technical questions lead to very interesting discussions where I come away with new information. Thus, the vets do keep up with the latest in vet care-- not stuck in the past with old school and outdated info, but not afraid to use the older ways that still work. They're also understanding of people's budgets and don't push hard for expensive, high-tech things if someone indicates that it's out of financial reach or not accessible because one can't get to the places that do the fancy treatments. There's no shaming, just a hunt for an alternative. They seem to care a whole lot for the pet and the people, and respectful of what is wanted or doable. This goes down to a basic skill that seems to be lost today: the ability and willingness to LISTEN. That was lacking in the previous practice with the current staff there, and it disappeared when the staff and vets changed. But it still exists at EVDC. I highly recommend them, as a primary vet... because if you go for a second opinion, you may end up with a NEW primary at EVDC. :)
Trying to give a cat a pill? No prob....East Dallas Vet gives medication in liquid form!
I switched clinics and started coming here 2 years ago and I love it . They take care of my 14 year old cat so great!! I would highly recommend this clinic :)
Sooo happy a neighbor recommended this place Rep Rachel & Dr. Mueller first ones I had the pleasure of meeting After that the whole staff Love that they do take my CareCredit card specifically for pets ONLY place that I takes it cause I'm a senior on S S and don't ever have funds Plus also have a kennel to pet sit while family is away, awesome If you're looking for a great place in this area and didn't know I highly recommend it Pricy but furry babies are worth it complete yearly checkup
Always a great grooming experience! Only people who can groom my pup.
Had my dogs there for several years. Front desk manager changed and the entire vibe changed. Rude, impatient and cold. Also, had a terrible experience with a botched surgery with one of my dogs. Could NOT give this place a worse recommendation.
We love East Dallas Vet Clinic! Dr. Gibbs, Dr. Molidar and Dr. Mueller are wonderful doctors who are knowledgeable and kind. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They re always able to get us in for appointments in a very timely fashion. They also take the time to answer our questions.
Just moved to East Dallas and I'm VERY particular about who cares for my animals. Read reviews for several clinics and finally settled on East Dallas Veterinary Clinic. I've had one of my dogs and one of my cats in so far and I'm very impressed! The clinic is very clean, the staff is awesome, and the doctors spend quality time making sure you understand everything and taking care of the little ones. I also have used their grooming services with their new groomer, Laney, and she did a great job on my Malti-Poo-Shu - she looked amazing! Can't recommend EDVC enough, and I'm so thankful to have a vet right in my neighborhood!
Dr. Holland is very professional and compassionate with both humans and our fur children. Go see her!
After my mother died, I was helping my father by bringing his dog to the vet nearest me. My parents live in Grapevine and I drive from East Dallas to Grapevine to pick the dog up and take her to East Dallas Veterninary Clinic. Despite planning, sometimes the 32 mile drive takes longer than usual. On my last appointment I was 10 minutes behind and 10 minutes from East Dallas Veterinary Clinic. When I called I was told I would have to reschedule for another day. I told the receptionist my circumstances and she stated she would check to see if they could accommodate me despite running late. After checking I was told I could not be accommodated and had to reschedule for another day. In the past when showing up on time to an appointment I have waited 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time to be seen. It is unfortunate that East Dallas Veterinary Clinic is so inflexible and is not more accommodating.
I have taken my kitties here since moving to Dallas in 2009. I have never had a bad interaction or experience. I believe their pricing is comparable to other vet offices. They have several different vets working so I rarely have to wait long for an appointment, and they offer walk in hours on Saturdays. I highly recommend this vet!
Dr. Ellsworth and Dr. Mueller have both taken wonderful care of our dogs for years now. All the staff and techs are friendly and professional and good with the dogs. We've had some fearful dogs and they knew just how to handle it.
Hands down one of the best clinics I have been to. Great care, always seem to be available or willing to work with me to schedule an appointment and most of all...so kind and respectful during the passing of 2 of my animals at their clinic. I recently had to euthanize my sweet pup and they were so supportive as I struggled to make the decision and completely respectful of my wishes the day off.... even after my pup passed, in their kind words and support. I am greatly appreciative!
Very nice staff. They made my baby feel comfortable. Affordable. Rooms are kinda small.
I can not rave enough about this place. I have been going to them for years now. They have been there for all of my dog's needs. I had to put one of my baby's down recently. It was soo hard, but they let me take all the time I needed. Afterwards the love and support I received from them truly touched my heart. I received a card signed by the staff. That meant a lot to me. I will always go here. Thank you guy's for what you do!!! Keep up the good work .
Same scam as every other vet office. 800 dollar bill with no actual diagnosis, or preventative care. Would not recommend going here for first time pet owners AT ALL. Research before going in and ask questions, your bank account will appreciate it.
i have been going to east dallas vet clinic for a number of years now. i would highly recomemnd them to anyone without hesitation. the staff is great. they are friendly and caring. dr. ellsworth is outstanding! i also use their grooming services regularly and evelyn is terrific. she always does her best to meet my expectations. the prices here seem fair and i don't feel 'nickle and dimed' here like i have other places.
Our first visit at the East Dallas Vet Clinic was fantastic! From the time we were greeted, to the time we checked out, my pet and I were treated extremely well. Our puppy actually waited (and whined) by the door in the examination room for Dr. Mueller and the nurse to come back in! Couldn t be happier with this clinic and I can t wait for our next visit!
It is always a good experience when we take our pup to East Dallas Veterinary Clinic! They take good care of our girl and of us!
Dr. Blair is AMAZING! She has been so hopeful in helping us understand the condition our boxer has. The amount of time and research she has done for us is way beyond any expectations I would ever have. I have grown up with animals and I truly am blown away by East Dallas. - Suzie
EDVC is MORE than a clinic, it is a group of highly intelligent people that provide impeccable care to the animals they see. When I have to board my animals it brings me great peace of mind to know they are being cared for at EDVC. The facility is well maintained and very clean. My three dogs have been going to EDVC for 9 years and we HIGHLY recommend them.
We moved to Dallas two years ago and started taking our two senior dogs here. We recently had to have one of the dogs put down and the vet and staff were so compassionate and understanding. It was difficult to make the decision but we didn't want our 16 year old Catahoula to suffer. I would definitely recommend East Dallas Vet Clinic to anyone wanting quality and compassionate care for their pets.
I can assure you...this vet is amazing! We went in on a Saturday and received treatment by Dr. Holland and Ashley the vet tech. They were really busy, but they took the time to answer all my questions and my sweet baby feels so much better! Even the front desk was amazing and very helpful. This place will be my permanent vet from here on out with all 3 of my babies!!! Thanks guys I love giving credit where credit is due and they sure deserve it!!
Everyone was extremely sweet to me and my pet, Smokey. I would definitely recommend the clinic to friends.
Last week, I took in a puppy to avoid him being let go on the street. A couple days after having him I noticed he stopped eating and wouldn t want to drink, he then wouldn t move at all and eventually even would collapse. I knew something was obviously wrong. I woke up super early to take him to a vet on Buckner, the line was super long and he started seizing so I asked the vet there if they could see him as an emergency. They disregarded and when they saw my urgency went to ask the dr, he said sure but it s gonna be $500. Who has that kind of money???? So I called this place and they told me to hurry and bring him! As soon as I got there the techs were super sweet, rushed him inside and told me to wait there. I talked to another person and told her I didn t have any money. They helped me out with even that. Unfortunately, Dr Virginia came out to tell me the news that my puppy had parvo and was way too small to beat it (teacup Shih tzu tinniest little baby). She asked me if it was okay if we put him down and comforted me as I cried. Today in my mailbox, I received the sweetest letter from Dr Virginia. I appreciate it very much that she took the time to do that. If I could rate this place 100000000 stars I would!!! They truly care about your pets.
Had a very pleasant visit well exsplained and taking care of great staff vet was great ! And the price was fair !
Dr.Ellsworth and her entire Staff are compassionate and caring of both your pet and you! The care they receive is outstanding. I would not take my Goldens anywhere else! Autumn loves this Clinic!!
We have two precious cats, both female, for which all veterinary work has been done by East Dallas Veterinary Clinic. We would not take them anywhere else. The folks at East Dallas Vet Clinic are the best in Dallas. Joe and Mildred Blair, Boots and Prissy
We've brought both our cats here for shots, as well as grooming. Very nice techs and vets, incredibly professional and of course great with our pets. We'll continue bringing our pets here for as long as we can!
Great experience, Dr.Gibbs was very thorough and very informative. Fair pricing.
The vets who work at this clinic are incredible! They always take amazing care of my puppy Wilson. Wilson is my first dog, so I am often stressed and anxious when I think something might be wrong, and the vets here always set my mind at ease. As a new pet owner, there are lots of things I feel unsure about in regards to my dog - but one thing I am absolutely certain about is this vet clinic is the absolute best place for him! Everyone at this clinic, from the vets to the vet techs to the receptionists, are so hard working and caring. I have called many times with questions, and a vet has called me back every single time. I really don't know what I would do without this place. Wilson has seen many vets who work here - Dr. Ellsworth, Dr. Cantrell, Dr. Mueller, Dr. Holland, and Dr. Gibbs. Everyone has been fantastic, and Wilson actually enjoys going to the vet!
I could not figure out what was driving my dog to chewing his fur. I took him in to see Dr. Virginia Ellsworth. His flea and tick control had ceased to be effective for him. She gave him a different brand, a steroid shot recommended several possible diets for him. Now he's a happy, chewing free, and demanding dog again. Love this place.
You can tell they really care about animals here. Prices are reasonable and they work hard to accommodate your schedule. Glad to have a place like this in our neighborhood.
East Dallas Vet Clinic offers kind caring quality care for your pets. When our dog Sophie was attacked by a bob cat she suffered a broken hip and dislocated back leg. Dr. Cantrell was spot on about the diagnosis and best treatment for her. Another clinic offered a crazy diagnosis and wanted to do pointless surgery as well as a mis diagnosis of cancer of another joint not even involved in the accident. This Clinic offered calm trusted advice. They were also very kind and caring when I had to have my cat put to sleep due to a severe lung infection. They were very sensitive to my sadness. Wonderful Clinic!
After having a terrible experience at Buckner Animal Clinic, I was referred to this clinic by mutual friends. Dr. Ellsworth, rechecked my dog's ear (from hematoma surgery) and I had a concern about the bumps on my dog's leg which turned out to be a Mast Cell Tumor. Thank goodness, I chose not to ignore it because Dr. Pruitt at Buckner Animal Clinic said it was just skin tags not to worry about. My dog is in great care now! Thank you East Dallas Vet Clinic for actually caring for my dog and my concerns.
My cat and I walked in on a Saturday, mid afternoon, and were helped immediately. Scheduling weekday appointments is tough, so it was a pleasant surprise to have avoided the crowd. All of the staff were friendly and considerate. The veterinary assistant Ashley was very kind and understanding. The veterinarian who attended to us, Dr. Ellsworth, provided a lot of advice for simple, preemptive things we can do at home to improve my cat's diet and her overall well-being.
When my eldest dog was hit by a car one morning, East Dallas Vet Clinic was the closest place to my home so I drove there with Pepe immediately. They took him out of my hands and worked on him right away, then put me in an exam room, brought me water and helped calm me down... From this moment, I knew they would be my new Vet for all 5 of my animals. They are like family and treat their patients like their family as well. I can not say anything nicer about the staff here. And they saved Pepe's life. :)
The people here really seem to care about the animals. As a blue collar worker the office visit $ seems a little steep, but they more than make up for it by being thorough & very caring (& pets are just expensive to have). Been coming here for years & will continue to do so.
The staff is wonderful. My pups do not mind at all going to EDVC. They offer walk ins on Saturdays which is very helpful in my busy schedule. The costs are more than reasonable. I would recommend East Dallas Veterinary Clinic!
Everyone is welcoming - it a pleasure to bring my cats to East Dallas Vet. The staff genuinely enjoys seeing them each year for their wellness exams.
A neighbor recommended East Dallas vet, and I've been very happy with their care. They are caring, professional, and competent. Their rates are lower than I had been paying at a different clinic. I expect to continue using their services.
I love they way the loved our puppy from the very 1st visit!!!
Great people to work with, very professional and compassionate staff!
I was told my little Pomeranian, Peanut, was too aggressive to groom and would have to be sedated in order to get it done. I was prepared to pay for the anesthesia and grooming fees. When I picked him up that evening, the staff said he was perfectly fine and no sedation was needed. They could have charged me fully and I never would have known. I now put my trust in them completely! So happy to have found them!
Great people who care about your animals almost as much as you do. Very informative staff.
East Dallas Vet Clinic is a wonderful vet clinic for my 3 dogs. They provide a full service, client based veterinary practice. I have used the boarding, grooming & veterinary care services. All of the services are top notch! All the doctors & staff are kind, compassionate & go the extra mile to make sure my pets get the very best care! I highly recommend EDVC.
Most humane veterinarians ever, experts in animal care
Truly a great experience! The doctor's and staff are interested in providing the best health care for the animals possible. It's a very professional environment, very clean and everyone seems to love their job. My dog, Murray was always aggressive with the former vet we used but here, he's good with everyone. If he's happy, I'm certainly happy! Keep up the great work, East Dallas Veterinary Clinic.
The entire staff great! The doctors are kind and gentle with both pets and people. They go the extra mile for clients. The medical care is excellent!
I do not have words to say how much I appreciate, the compassion I and my cat received. My best friend of 18 years, the one who was there with me in the kids for 1st day of pre k, and then around to see that same kids graduate, off to college they went, alone with Sunny My Best Friend. A house of 6 human being, now down to just me and my best friend, Sunny. 18 years my buddy my pal. Sunny and I , both of much older and weathered, storm, together. We were, both much older, I refuse to belief his life would any time soon be over. It was He and my time, I could afford the good food now, it was our time to paint the town. He was not feeling good, made an appointment at the first place I could. Tears still roll down my face for it was best friend last day. No one would under stand they say he just cat, I say Best Friend. People I never met, treated us both like Kings and Queens, met me at one of my most broken points, and never act like dear Sunny was just a cat. You gave and provide for me and my feline friend something that could only come from within. Compassion is not something you can fake, as my dear Sunny so still he lay. My heart so low that, I am sure it was lying somewhere on the floor, I was distraght, and people who did not know me or Sunny, spoke words of comfort at my side as I said my Final good bye. East Dallas Vetanary, you gave a gift that day, that no amount of money could afford to repay. Thank you for taking care of me and Sunny.
We just moved to Dallas and had an emergency with one of our cats and ended up taking her here. Through no fault of the vet she ended up not making it, but the staff was professional and caring and made the terrible situation as good as it could have been. I plan on bringing my other cat here for checkups in the future.
seems slightly more expensive than other clinics, but I, personally, do not mind paying more for better customer service. I brought my 7 year old terrier mix to be spayed and have some lumps removed. I was able to be scheduled within a few days from my consult and so far have had the best aftercare. Highly recommend.
EDVC is a wonderful clinic, great staff and vets. They truly care about your pet.
We have brought both of our dogs here since they were both 8 weeks old. They are now 7 and 8 years old. Dr. Ellsworth is kind, compassionate, and just great!
Great place reasonable price check up only 30.00 meds start off at 30.00 fast friendly service just all around satisfied
East Dallas Veterinary Clinic has a superb kennel for keeping my dogs safe and secure. It has complete HVAC, security, and video surveillance. The staff members are alert and care about my dogs. Dr. Ellsworth has an excellent staff for regular and advanced care needs. It is best to make an appointment for regular care.
Last Thursday on Ferguson I saw someone hit a dog with their car and drive off. I stopped to help, as I know I would have wanted someone to do if one of my dogs got hit. I took to the dog to East Dallas Vet, because it was the closest one and I had been a customer of theirs in the past. I was disappointed that their first and foremost priory was getting a $500 deposit and CC information before even considering the well being of the dog. I made quick call to a friend got the dog into a rescue group with a vet in Plano that would help. So I agreed to provide some payment to stabilize her so we could take her there. Unfortunately, she passed away before they could even get all of out our CC information (I would guess within 5-7 minutes of me getting there). I was told the charges would be minimal if anything at all. I don't have a problem chipping in for care as I know it cost $ to provide, but I was appalled to receive this invoice for charges they put on our card. Including a comprehensive exam, 1 hour of oxygen, the FedEx bill to send in for rabies testing, totaling $293 for about 5 minutes of care. Very disappointing. On top of that, they would not work with me on the charges. Lesson learned. If I see a dog get injured...of course I will still help. But will go out of my way to avoid East Dallas Veterinarian clinic, and advise other to do the same. My experience in bringing an injured dog to the A and B Animal Clinic on Garland Rd a couple years ago was the exact opposite. The first priority of the wellbeing of the dog. At East Dallas they basically were willing to stand there and do nothing and watch this dog die because I did not give them $500 when I walked in the door. And then rack up as many charges as possible for a few minutes worth of care.
Dr. Molidor took such great care of Penny Lane when she had surgery. Called to check on her and was able to manage her pain during recovery. And thanks to the entire staff for being awesome.
I've been taking my kids to EDVC for years and my eldest, Gizmo, is a Shih Tzu who just celebrated his 19th birthday ... that says something for the care he receives from the folks at EDVC. They can be a little pricey, but hey, my kids are worth it!
We have lived in Dallas for eleven years and been taking our dogs to this clinic during that time and can say with absolute confidence that every physician that we have dealt with has been of the highest caliber and exhibited the utmost compassion with both our pets and us. We are 85 and 75 and I can tell you that "bed-side" manner goes a long-way with the humans as well as the pets. Not only are the doctors outstanding, we have developed "first name" relationships with staff members who remember us and out pets. Not only is the medical care FIVE STAR, so are the boarding facilities. When special-needs pets require boarding, this is definitely the most trustworthy place to take them.
East Dallas Vet Clinic is always so helpful and accommodating! The staff is genuinely kind to my pet and a visits are always so pleasant!
I have been very happy with my experience at East Dallas veterinary Clinic. Dr.. Mueller has been very nice and caring with my Pet Precious and the people at receptions are also very caring and loving to my pet. I have been grooming Precious at the Clinic. They are very loving, professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the Clinic and would be happy to refer them to anyone who asks.
My husband and I have taken in 3 stray cats since we've been married. Because they are all indoor/outdoor, you can imagine they've had their share of ailments over the years. We have used East Dallas Veterinary Clinic since Day 1. They have taken care of surgeries, infections, bone fractures, regular annual checkups and more. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly towards all their clients (both the two- and four-legged kind). We are thrilled to have such a great clinic in the neighborhood and look forward to using EDVC for years to come!
I made a late night appt. online for the next morning, so the system hadn't posted my appt. when I arrived, but my cat Bear and I were warmly received. The Dr. called me to thoroughly update me on the causes, condition and concerns of my cat's ordeal (I'll spare the reader). The aftercare follow-up call was the most impressive part of the whole experience. My cat literally received more attentive care than my human child gets at the pediatrician. I'm not exaggerating. Thanks, EDVC!
My family and I have been going to East DallasVet clinic for 35 years. They have always had a great staff eager to help and cure what ails our fur babies. They have seen my bunnies, Guinea pigs, cats and dogs over the years and when we would lose one they always sent a sympathy card signed by all the staff such a nice thing to do. I have never left that clinic thinking more could have ever been done with a sick fur baby. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves their family fur members!
I love the way they treat my Shi Tsu, the entire staff are the most friendly and compassionate. Always super friendly and knowledgable. I am so glad I found this place to care for my puppy as much as I do.
Staff was outstanding and friendly! Always bring my pets here!
This establishment and staff is pure class! Dr. Katherine Mueller went out of her way to make sure my kitty cat was able to get her nails trimmed in a speedy fashion. All of this while I was being a jerk because of a bad day. She didn't need to go out of her way to make me happy. My mood had nothing to do with her or the clinic. Thank you Dr. Mueller! Scummy and my hands are forever grateful!
I have nothing but positive things to day about East Dallas Veterinary Clinic. I moved down the street and brought my pup in for her annual in the midst of the COVID-19 shutdown. They arranged for a safe visit via curbside pickup and were very clear about the steps we needed to take. My dog and I are very happy with our move to EDVC!
Professional and friendly staff! Always provide excellent care for my dog for any of his needs. Great for boarding when I'm out of town!
We just switched vets for two of our four cats and so far, these folks seem to be quite good. Nice to have them so close.
Wonderful vet. They have taken care of my Great Dane her whole life. The employees know her on sight and every time I bring her in she gets the best care from all the vets. They really make you feel special when you walk in the door. I highly recommend the East Dallas Vet Clinic.
Only been going here for a week. But so far they have been very courteous and helpful.
Very caring and take their time. Dr even chatted me up for a while. Glad I chose the right vets.
High prices. Good service in an emergency but really put us in a terrible bind because they charged us 3 times as much as expected. We managed to borrow money from family to pay but I wonder how many people in our situation would have to have their dog put down because they couldn't pay the exorbitant price. Over 1700.00 . That's just not right to be put in that position when you love your animal so much. In the future, I'm looking ahead of time for a better place. That's just wrong.
