Our rental manager is Kim Robertson. We are currently renting a condo in Carlsbad and what we thought was a good property management company has turned sour.

Firstly, the rental was "ready to move in" 2/15 We gave them our move in date of 2/25. This gave them 10 days to make repairs and have it move in ready. It was not.
Things that needed paint weren't touched up. The cleaning job was awful. I expressed these concerns in an email to Kim and her response was that she had them out to the condo twice to clean it.

We are to be allotted two guest passes, these were never given to us. I contacted Kim in regards to it and she was supposed to handle it. After a month, we still had not received them.

Their vendor, Patrick, stood me up over 3 times. I took a day off of work, unpaid, to have him come and fix it and he said he assumed I didn't want him to come, after I had confirmed with him two days prior.

Kim has shown her true colors now. Instead of an apology or acceptance of responsibility, she rudely acknowledged my frustrations by putting the responsibility on me, for having a tight schedule. She also said she was never contacted with the issues. When I forwarded her the emails, her only response was, "thank you have a great day"

She was extremely rude and has poor customer service. Its unfortunate that we are stuck with this company, but after contacting her supervisor I am hoping something will be done. I will update this review once that happens.
