Closed my account without any notice, absolutely UNacceptable!

Been with iiNet for a year and nightmares start when relocating, they couldn't get service transferred while others can. Besides loads of excuses, they terminated my account so that I can't get enough evidence to complaint to ombudsman! Silly trick!

Well done iiNet, now they left me a expensive iiNet ONLY modem sitting in the garage, what a waste of money!
