Be cautious of this organization. Always confirm that whatever you're contacting them about actually falls under their jurisdiction. They have little, if any, authority over any environmental issues within the state. They seem to be in place to simply gather information from residents in the form of complaints and to compile that data for as yet unknown reasons, then refer you on to other departments within the state, local or federal government. Don't waste your time. Work through your local municipality and if necessary, contact the Federal EPA and/or State officials.
