This place is a pathetic dump in which the owners don t care about the state of the hotel because they know the rooms will be booked no matter what. The rooms that are up to date are on one floor and this the how you know the management of this hotel is pathetic because they only made one floor look good in the entire hotel. My room had a leaking faucet, nasty roof, dirty sheets and towels, and other things that made me super uncomfortable. Me and my husband were so scared to even touch anything. This was my first time in New York and now I will never book anything online that has bad reviews. This hotel is a dump where management doesn t care to be honest. To top it off I arrived in the middle of a cold front and my room didn t have heat.

Can you image spending a lot of money just to stay out all day in hopes of not coming back to your depressing room filled with dangerous and old stuff. The hallways have torn carpet and nasty walls.
