I recently leased a Pre Owned BMW. From the time I walked into the showroom until I drove away with my 'new' 328i, the entire experience was fun and stress free. Simon Yarwood listened to my criteria and matched me up with a gorgeous 2013 model that had all the features I was looking for...and we stayed within my budget. Interestingly, the car he zeroed in on for me was one that I had taken a liking to while browsing online the week before. While I did not mention anything about that particular car, he intuited that it might be the one I could see myself owning for the next 4 years. I am a Realtor and I know that listening to and connecting with the client are very important...and that is what Simon did.
