I have had my house sold in the past and never did...

I have had my house sold in the past and never did I encounter such inadequacy from a real estate company, especially Josh Stamps. I cannot believe that he actually sells home. He did a horrible job trying to sell my house. No showings, always in a rush, no positive interaction, may be stayed five minutes. Showed absolutely no interest in trying to sell the house. I would definitely not recommend him or the company. Have heard several bad experiences.
