Customer service was good and I could make an appointment quickly but the appointment did not go great. It is dark in the shop and perhaps that is why she could not see the color of my finished hair. And also the only that I stated was " I DO NOT WANT MY HAIR TO TURN ORANGE' Well it turned orange and you could surely see that when you left the salon. Blowout was flat and dull. They did try and offer me a re-do but I do not live in NYC. And I still have not seen a refund unfortunately.
