If I could give this less stars, I would. Initially we were very pleased with the salesman and tech. We had our system installed 4/10 and decided we not only didn t like the doorbell cam, but that $73.99 a month, in the long term, was just too much for our budget. So my husband called to cancel. He was told that they would note the account that he had called to cancel within the three day trial period and someone would call back within 1-3 days to get it cancelled. Ha! So he insisted on talking to a manager or someone that could cancel right now. He was told there were no managers to speak to and the cancellation department wasn t available. After insisting on speaking to someone and a 20 minute wait, he got to speak with them. They told him they could cancel today but oh, wait his name isn t the main one on the account (even though he set up the account), so they needed to talk to me to cancel. So I call back and there are zero notations in the account that we want to cancel. I m given the same line about 1-3 day call back to cancel. I refuse and asked to speak to cancellation or a manger. The customer service lady, Marissa, places me on a 15 minute hold to see what she can do . I m told no one is available and they will have to call me back before end of business today. 30 minutes later a much nicer person calls back and we are able to get our account cancelled, but the tech can t come remove their equipment until 4 days later. We also found out that they ran our credit. This was NEVER mentioned or asked if it was ok. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company to any one. Shady practices and straight up lies are abundant at this company.
