Cant say enough about how amazing Low VA Rates was. My dad passed away and my mother is on a tight budget. When her mortgage went up she stressed. We started inquiring about refinancing and were bombarded with different offers and promises from various companies. We decided to go with Maurice and his team at Low VA Rates and from start to finish it's been nothing but 5 star service all around. Even when it was tough for us to gather some of the paperwork and we felt like forgetting the whole thing. Maurice and his crew were there every step of the way helping ,guiding and advising to help us navigate any obstacles. Every email sent was responded with professionalism and kindness.
