This place has terrible housekeeping. There was a cockroach in my bathtub! I called housekeeping FIVE TIMES to come clean up the disgusting mess. They never showed. Two hours later I was still waiting and I never got to take my shower and I was late to my important dinner. This place is a total disaster.
