Bought a 4.5 year Volvo V60 Hybrid last month, with Autotrust warranty. I was initially drawn to the competitive pricing and the fact that there were multiple V60s in stock. The lower price in this case is because the car was taken over from a leasing company. You notice that the company has a lot of volume and it is not uncommon to have to wait a while. I think that is a great concession for the price difference. All in all, I was nicely helped by Bassem during the sale and could do a test drive in a car other than the one I came for. Nicer version! I immediately bought that car and was able to pick it up a week later. There was some paint damage between sales and delivery and that was resolved by Seldenrijk within 2 working days.
Then, within a week, an air conditioning failure occurred and the car would not continue to drive. The car was taken to a garage via Autotrust and eventually the air conditioning pump was replaced under goodwill at Volvo dealer Broekhuis in Hoogeveen. Both the after sales manager of Seldenrijk (Marco), seller (Bassem) and Autotrust itself were easily accessible and involved. The car was delivered to me within 1 week - without additional costs for parts or transport. I am very pleased with the way I have been helped and of course with this beautiful car!
