Get there 3 hours before your flight or you'll miss it. There's no help. Take food and drink (preferably iced) and sunhats for little ones, you may wait on the tarmac for 10min. You'll be stood up in crowds with no air con waiting at every point during the departure process. Take entertainment for kids and a camping seat come walking stick for the infirm. There's baby changing and loos just before passport control but don't rely on the one Costa coffee there, if you must eat there then get there extra early and take a left as soon as you walk in, there's a quieter cafe there with loos nearby. you have been warned :)
