I made an order for two pieces (plus the free offer that was advertised) on 10/18/20. I asked for an order update on 10/27/20. I was told their production was taking up to 20 days due to experiencing some "slight delays". On the 20th day 11/06/20 I asked for a tracking number. I was told "your order will be shipped at the latest tomorrow" which would be 11/07/20 . Having received no confirmation, I asked for a tracking number again on 11/09/20 but received no reply. On 11/12/20 I informed them I would not honor any payment and again received no reply. I was hoping to have this as a birthday present for my wife. That's obviously not going to happen. Poor customer service, poor delivery times, poor follow up on promises. I suspect they spent a lot of money on advertising then couldn't keep up with all the orders.(??) However they haven't let up on the advertising.......I fully expect a snarky answer on this as I've seen done on other bad reviews. I can back up every detail of this review with copies of emails.
