Husband contacted customer services and asked to speak with a manager, this manager then put the phone down on him twice stating there was nothing else to say. Nobody was able to tell us when we can expect the report, have spoke to multiple advisers this week and been told different excuses each time as to why we haven t received the report.
Completely unprofessional and unhelpful, save yourself money and inconvenience and go elsewhere. Never experienced such poor customer service.
