Tyler was a very nice tecnician, courteous and informative. As he was leaving he noticed two bags of salt in the garage. He offered to bring them in and even fill the water softener. The five stars l posted was for the technician. I would only give the company itself three stars. I've had issues with installation of both the furnace and air conditioner, which I purchased from Genz Ryan. I feel their responsiveness to issues has been less than stellar.
