I spent the last year or so shopping around various boat dealers, having narrowed my search down to a specific brand (Apex/Qwest), but hadn't quite honed in on a specific model. I noticed that Carolina Coach & Marine had recently become a Qwest dealer, and being the closest to my house, I decided to reach out and get some info. From my initial contact with the folks at Carolina Coach & Marine, everyone was incredibly helpful and super-low pressure. Over the course of a week or so, I worked with Keith Burnette and team to put together a custom factory order, detailing out each and every option that my wife and I wanted. They were incredibly accommodating with my constant back-and-forth's around options I wanted to add (even after the order was submitted), and stayed in constant contact with me for the duration. They went above and beyond to have the boat ready early, to ensure we had it for a vacation we already had planned. When we came to take delivery, they had everything organized, gave us a tour of the boat, and had us in and out in no time at all. It was by far the best experience making a purchase (car/boat/etc.) I have ever been part of.

If you are in the market for a new boat, do not hesitate to reach out to the folks here -- you won't find any better. Also, if you are in the market for a pontoon specifically, do yourself a favor and look at Qwest -- we are incredibly pleased with the level of build quality and luxurious amenities, especially at the price point!
