The first time I got to check in in this hotel was 2012 and I fell in love with it. So when the family decided to visit Kuala Lumpur again... I booked us again in this hotel. The hotel has to sections... The regular hotel where the check-in counters are found on the 5th floor and the Club rooms where check-in is made the the club lounge at the 32nd floor. The rooms comes with buffet breakfast, cocktails in the afternoon and coffee and snacks until the lounge is open. The concierge was always helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are good for 2 and the space is well appointed. You have complimentary water everyday and a high notch toiletries are also provided. One super thingy that I really like was a platter of apples that are placed in the elevator lounge where you can get a piece or two when uou go out of the hotel and visit some of the city's attractions.
