I confirm the previous reviews. Rude and rude staff especially the lady at the checkout today. We go in, get food at the counter, then we notice the tables outside and ask to sit down, willing to pay for table service anyway, even though we already had the food in hand. After a few exchanges, the young lady agrees, not without muttering some complaints. We sit down, not even the time to look at the food that the girl immediately approaches to take the drink orders and we ask for a moment. The aforementioned lady returns from the cashier and, with the tone of someone who seems to have never interacted with the public, imposes the consumption of the drink without even bothering to understand if we had ordered or not. We would have ordered after the other. We get up and ask to speak to the management: absent. A very kind and helpful guy intervenes who takes the situation in hand for good and better and to whom we explain what happened. Meanwhile, the lady always from the cash register raises her voice to make her reasons in front of the public. A truly embarrassing situation that those on vacation to relax do not deserve to experience. In the end we had the savory dishes ordered at the counter and a dessert accompanied by coffee with ice ordered at the table. Surely there was a misunderstanding (moreover easy to manage and resolve) but we would never have expected such an inappropriate reaction from this employee who would probably do well to change jobs, failing to relate without shouting and ranting with the same gestural accompaniment scenographic.
