I traveled alone from Bangalore, India from 22nd - 26th April, to see my sons who are students in Singapore.
We took a long time to decide the hotel to stay in, as I was alone. My husband insisted on Ibis as he had stayed at Ibis in Europe. It was the best decision as I was very comfortable and happy. My sister joined from Kuala Lumpur and checked into Ibis Bencoolen too. The staff were very accommodating as they gave us rooms on the same floor, 1036 and 1001. The restaurant staff, hospitality staff, front-office staff and security staff were amazing too! The hotel is in a central place and very convenient. On the whole, a happy and memorable stay at Ibis. It will always be Ibis hereafter!!!! Thank you for your good hospitality!!!
