This place is full of regular on the floor fights between associates, where no one gets fired. The managers here micromange. Don't work here if you don't like gossip and rude managers and jealous and insecure team members. It's highschool all over again. There's about 100 employees that work there.. so word gets around who's talking to who.. because most stay on their phone all day..doing nothing.
