My experience was great up until I took a check (yes, no debit/credit card capability in sales dep't) to make a substantial down payment. I requested a receipt due to the high dollar amount, to which the financial dep't employee replied to the sales floor gentleman helping me out, "For a check; really?!" The financial employee didn't know that I was in ear shot, but that is where my irritation began. To be clear, Nick (sales) was fine. I really felt like I might've chosen the wrong dealership when I heard the way the rude employee from finance responded to my simple request. True customer service feels like a thing of the past in most businesses nowadays, I guess this dealership is no different. I've been a Ford customer since the age of 15, still love their vehicles but I won't be recommending this location to anyone.
The only reason I'm giving 2 rather than 1 star is that the price on my new vehicle was great and the trade offer fair. The free bottled water won't garner much appreciation from me. The "experience" part of my deal was tarnished after I'd already spent a lot of money; I suppose that paints the picture.
